Cancellation Policy

To provide the quality and punctuality you expect from Titan Studios, we require at least a 24 hour notice before cancelling or rescheduling a service to get a full refund. Any cancellations within 23 hours and 59 minutes (1 day) or less of your confirmed booked service (the penalty period) will incur a 20% cancellation fee. To cancel within the penalty period, please contact us by phone. No shows without notice will not receive a refund.
